  • IBM Tivoli Access Manager for Oracle E-Business Implementation for the MOF, State of Kuwait.
  • IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Maintenance for the MEW, State of Kuwait.

Full dedication and remarkable responsibilities in handling the following duties: –

  • Planning for systems development, operations, hardware/software purchases, control operational budget expenditures, and staffing requirements.

  • Gather end-user System requirements and performance assessment with technicians to improve IT effectiveness.

  • Analyze the business processes of the organizations, provide technical solutions, and design software programs based on user requirements.

  • Investigate day to day organizational requirements, analyzing functional operations and workflow.

  • Liaison with business partners to identify the technical resources required to maintain a successful partnership level of support.

  • Mitigate risks and manage crises related to IT infrastructure issues and DR Site.

  • Evaluate vendor’s technical solutions like IBM, Oracle, HP, Al Ruyaa Software.

  • Using Project Management techniques to provide a full detailed image of the project phases including project lifecycle such as initiation, plan, execution, evaluation, and closing.

  • Design RFP for new systems required by governments, organizations, and ensure their consistency with organizational structure, culture, goals, and objectives.

  • Identify recommended changes to system analysts and developers that will enhance IT performance.

  • Evaluate new technologies and installing new systems.

  • Writing and maintains standards documents for use, operation, and data to achieve the business/clients’ goals.

  • Provide both customized and formal training material or sessions to the end-users for the use of the new solutions system’s/technologies.

  • Support users with proper advice, train, and technics to improve and enhance systems efficiency.
